Others make it seem like it's an eating free-for-all which is also not how it works.
Intuitive Eating is an eating approach that encompasses 10 principles that work together to help you create a healthy mindset and behaviors around food and rebuild connection with your body’s internal cues, so you are eating and moving your body in a way that makes you feel your best physically and mentally.
